Confirm you have backuped eeprom file from this vehicle

Choose your backup EEPROM data file

Touching working key on push start button if will hear 1 beep

Keep touching new smart remote on ignition button until finish

How to Program a Car Key

Programming a Key

Sit in the driver’s seat. You’ll need access to the car’s ignition switch in order to link the keys to the car’s systems. You may need two working keys to make or fix a third. Consult your owner’s manual for additional steps required by the manufacturer.
Search your car’s make and model online as well. You can find the exact steps needed to program keys for your car.
Many newer cars have improved transponders in electronic keys. These have to be programmed by a dealer or auto locksmith for your car’s unique anti-theft system.

Insert a programmed key into the ignition. Put the key in the slot and leave it alone for a moment. Place the other two keys where you can easily reach them. You’ll need to move fast to activate the car’s programming mode. Make sure you know which key is which.

Turn the car on and off. Turn the key you placed in the ignition. Don’t start the motor. Simply turn the key to the on position, which activates the electrical system. Immediately turn the key back so the car shuts off.

Turn the car on and off with the second working key. You have about five seconds to remove the first key. Find the second programmed key and put it in the ignition. Again, turn the key so the car comes on without starting the engine. Turn the key back so the car shuts off.

Insert and turn the third key. You’ll have about ten seconds to replace the second key with the unprogrammed key. Quickly turn the key once again to the on position. A second later, turn it back to the off position. Leave the key in the ignition

Wait for the security light to turn on. Look on your dashboard for the car’s security light. It should stay lit for about three seconds. You may need to press the buttons on the key you wish to program. When finished, remove the key and test it out.

CGDI BMW Add Key for BMW Mini Cooper

This article show a guide on how to use CGDI BMW to add key for BMW Mini Cooper.

Procedures:

Connect the CGDI BMW Programmer to Mini Cooper via OBD port.

Then run the CGDI BMW software,and select “BMW OBD Key Match”

Click “Read Key Info”

How to Program 2015-2020 Ford Lincoln AKL Instructions by XTOOL X100 PAD3

This is an instruction on how to program 2015-2020 Ford Lincoln all keys lost alarm active situations with Xtool X100 Pad3.

Tools You Need
XTOOL X100 PAD3(X100 PAD ELITE)
Main cable & OBD2-16 connector
Ford AKL Alarm Bypass Cable
Wi-Fi connection

How to Connect?
1. Connect the main cable (with OBD2 connector plugged) to the female OBD2 socket of the Ford cable, and connect the tablet(or VCI box, if it has one) to the other side of the main cable.
2. Connect the male OBD2 socket of the Ford cable to the OBD port of the vehicle.
3. Take the battery clip off from the car’s battery and connect the 2 battery clips(with the “Battery +/-” tag on it) to the battery.
4. There is also a battery clip(red cable with “Battery Clip +” tag on it) on the cable. Connect it to the positive battery clip on the car.

How It Works?

Operation Process
Here we take a 2018 Ford Edge with active alarm as an example and read its EEPROM data without any keys available.

1. Make sure the cable is connected properly, then select the following menus on the tablet to get into this function.
Ford (V27.30 or higher) > North American Ford > Smart key system > Edge > 2016-2020
And this menu will show up.

2. Select “All keys lost”. Then choose the menu depending by the status of the vehicle. Considering the alarm is on now, here we select “Alarm activation”.

3. Now open the door on the driver’s side. Use a screwdriver to jam the door latch on the locked position(but keep it opening). The door should keep opened but locked until the entire process is done. When it’s done, click “OK” to continue.

4. Select “Reading EEPROM” first.

5. If the cable is connected, switch off the battery.

6. The device will try to read the EEPROM by communicating with the ECU. When this notice shows up, switch on the battery and check it the alarm still goes on.

7. If the alarm is still on, switch off the battery and wait for 10s, then try switching off and on again.

8. If the alarm is off, disconnect the cable to the battery, connect it back to the battery clip of the car, tighten it, and close the hood. Click “OK” to continue.

9. Reading EEPROM data. This normally will take 10 minutes, please wait patiently.

10. When the EEPROM reading is done, it will generate a bin file. Input the file name and save it on the Internet Storage/ Adapter folder.

* if you’re using a device without VCI but not using the cable, you must remove/install the battery clip every time the device noted you to disconnect/ reconnect the battery.

Solution:
Obd or on the bench. 2 options here. Sometimes it’s easy via obd. If not, then in the bank. Gasoline is usually ok by OBD. Diesel on bench. Normally. You need with cs and pin. You just can’t proceed without a PIN and CS. Remove the kessy read the 93c86 and get PIN and 7 digits cs. Then program via obd. CS needs to precode the key and then program it with the PIN code.

4. Make dealer key
5. Learn key
